A Clubhouse Designed with the Concept of Stacked-Box Architecture. Experience a new way of spatial design through a seamless, sequential layout. In this project, the Clubhouse is designed in response to the site context—narrow and elongated along the road—by using Stacking Architecture, where building boxes are stacked along a longitudinal axis. This creates a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while framing a clear line of sight from the entrance.
The building consists of four main zones, arranged from the innermost to the outermost areas:
1.Parking area (Enclosed)
2.Reception hall (Semi-Enclosed)
3.Corridor and common area (1 Side Opened)
4.Second-floor fitness area (Open)
The corridor serves as a transitional space that connects various functions, offering views toward the central courtyard and swimming pool, while strategic openings enhance both visual and physical continuity.
The building orientation and openings are designed to enable cross ventilation, enhancing natural airflow, reducing energy usage, and providing thermal comfort.
A restrained material palette is used—primarily white walls and wooden interior finishes—to create harmony and reduce architectural noise, making the space feel relaxed and approachable for all users.
