The Clubhouse and Main Entrance are conceived as a continuous architectural threshold—an orchestrated sequence that mediates between the city and the domestic realm. The Main Entrance establishes a ceremonial arrival through axial alignment, controlled vistas, and layered landscape buffers. Architectural massing is composed with a restrained classical order—balanced proportions, rhythmic openings, and tactile material transitions—to evoke permanence without imitation. This procession culminates at the Clubhouse, where transparency and solidity are carefully negotiated to create both monumentality and intimacy.
The Clubhouse functions as a social condenser: a spatial commons where light, structure, and movement intersect. Double-height volumes and framed views extend perception beyond physical boundaries, while material warmth anchors the experience at a human scale. The design draws inspiration from the dignified residential character of Upper East Side, translating its architectural gravitas into a contemporary tropical context. these elements—they establish identity, memory, and belonging from the very first arrival.
